To Marcella, Whose Memory Shines Brightly,
In the tapestry of life, every thread counts, but some threads shine with an extraordinary light. Marcella was one such radiant thread, weaving kindness and care into the lives she touched.
Marcella’s heart knew no bounds. She gave not just through words, but through actions that spoke volumes of her caring soul. Her generosity extended beyond mere gestures; it was a living testament to her profound empathy and love.
One of her most enduring legacies lies in the story of my niece. As a beacon of support, Marcella lent her the nursing guide, an act that may seem small but was monumental in its impact. Her guidance was a lantern in the dark, illuminating the path for my niece who, inspired by Marcella’s unwavering faith, conquered her nursing exams and rose to the noble profession of Nurse Practitioner.
Marcella’s influence does not fade with her physical absence. It lives on in the hearts she warmed, in the lives she bettered, and in the enduring spirit of those she inspired. Her memory is a treasure, a gentle reminder of the profound difference one person can make.

My memories of Marcella are that she was always available with the answer to any and all questions. She was always available with a smile. She advocated hard for me on certain matters when I didn't even know enought to do so for myself. She was a champion for all causes with a straight forward, logical, accurate, approach and a loving heart. I can still hear her saying my name whenever she was around ," Hey Nance". Many people in my life outside of work knew of her as she was often mentioned in my stories about my work. I will deeply miss you, Marcella.

Marcella was a great professional. Intelligent and very smart in her field. But most of all she helped me so much with my problems and mental health as I was her patient. She never gave up trying different ways of helping me and the last time I saw her we had a pleasing telemed video. She was so happy when we both realized I was so much better with my depression! Genuine, kind, real, loving, ambitious, no nonsense, supportive are many of the attributes I think of when I think of Marci. We had a lot in common since we shared the same birthday. I would never admit that I was older than her though as she always seemed so much more mature than I. She understood me and never judged me for my flaws. She gave the best advise. I will miss her voice and her laugh.
My condolences to the Brown and Fludd families. Only time will fill the void left due to Marci’s untimely departure but I pray the love she has shown each of us that were blessed to have her in your life will comfort you from this day forward.

Marcie was my first niece. She was so much like my big sister, her mother whom passed away during the Covid pandemic and I miss so so much. They were both hard workers and smart as a whip… Marcie will be truly missed and I pray to see her again in the presence of God!!
